A benefit performance to send Theatre Y Off-Broadway.
One evening in London's gritty East End, Anita, whose son Vincent River was brutally murdered in a homophobic hate crime, invites in Davey, a 17-year old boy who has been stalking her since Vincent's death. The ensuing confrontation between two desperate outcasts with nothing left to lose will leave the blinding truth of their own humanity laid bare. Theatre Y's powerhouse production strips away the play's realistic trappings in an abstract, physical staging set in a bright white box.
